Good experience overall. I have not had any issues with waiting for appointments and they have been accommodating
For $100 per session, you’d think the waiting time would be shorter. Even though you keep asking the front desk, they just keep saying they already contacted the counselor. Even the people in the waiting room were asking why we hadn’t been called
I came for an appointment to make with pillar and was advised to come back later because the girls had lunch and when I came back 2 hours later the lady held me in the waiting room and all I wanted was help, just to make an appointment it’s was not even to consult while waiting another 40 min pos I decided to write about my experience
