I ordered some lidocaine patches that said five percent lidocaine and one percent menthol, but I received lidocaine patches that were four percent lidocaine, and one percent menthol. The packages i've received do not even look like the packages I ordered on their website. I have been emailing this company to ask then to make it right with me. And they have not responded at all.
