The associate called later than business hours indicated on the website. The associate was very blunt and uninterested in my business. He abruptly hung up on my call.

It is important to note that Pilkington merely keeps an office front in Kamloops - none of their real staff work there. After that initial disappointment, we must say that we were extremely happy with the company's diligence, attention to detail and kind, matter of fact manner, all handled via email - the things you really NEED during the incredibly stressful residency application process.
