I had a disappointing experience with Andrew from Pilkington Immigration Law Firm. His communication was unprofessional and came across as rude, which made the process unnecessarily unpleasant. I believe respect and clear communication are essential when dealing with important matters like immigration. If I had the option, I would seek services elsewhere where clients are treated with kindness and professionalism.
This law firm was great to deal with, they always kept me informed and made sure I knew what to do. They reviewed all the papers I sent to them and were great during Covid shutdown in keeping me up to date. In the end my U.S waiver was approved and I'm a happy customer.
This is the best firm any one can go to , I’m please with the work they have done for me .i want to say a big thank you to chuck and mandeep , they communicate with me ,always respond to all of questions on time .people if you are worried about anything that has to do with immigration go to pilkington law firm they will never disappoint
