After a great deal of dissatisfaction with my previous agency I reached out to PHE. I'm very glad i did, the service was immediate and FANTASTIC! Horrible. They have been my broker for my business insurance since 2016. I have a question that I have been trying to get answered for many weeks. I had someone respond who obviously did not care to read my question or ask intelligent follow up. So I will be moving my policy to a broker who will even fake caring about my questions and the concerns of my business. In the years I have had this policy, never a policy review to make sure I am properly covered etc. POOR POOR POOR.
