I met with Victor for lunch at Harbor lights to sign insurance contracts. He agreed graciously to meet me for this signing!! He is very personable, gracious and informative!! My father was an agent in Oregon for 40 years! Victor reminds of my Father’s era of gentlemanly, high classed people in the industry!! 5 Stars!!
