We loved working with Greta Springer. Right away we were on the same page with our home search. She was on top of everything, incredibly responsive, got us appointments to see places that interested us right away and on our schedule. She helped us learn the ins and outs of making a competitive offer, which was tremendously valuable as first time homebuyers in an intense housing market. The level of service from Eric Wyse is remarkable - he really went above and beyond to make sure I sold my condo for top dollar, and found and got the property I wanted. In my situation, my buyer almost lost her financing due to an error in the loan paperwork (three days before closing, on a Friday!) and the bank seemed remarkably indifferent to clear up the problem so we could close.
