Worked with this group on an HoA dispute matter. Original attorney estimated the work to send a demand letter at ~$350 under retainer incase we wanted to move forward. Work was completed by the original attorney for ~$490 under billable hours. Original attorney left the organization leaving us with an open retainer and odd situation as we had not decided to move forward. They continued to charge billable hours as we worked out the transition of attorneys which seems to be in poor taste. Ended up being ~$1,000 for the matter ... read more
