People are often unhappy with what their attorney advises....but they must trust the judgment and experience to see that all matters are settled equitably. Most people who criticize their attorney are unhappy with the rulings of the law and do not understand that it was their case - not their attorney - that did not prevail.
I was very disappointed that Mr. Pilka 'threw our HOA president under the bus' in settling a case for our HOA that he couldn't win. I guess that's how he 'saves face.'
Things finally worked out , and Mr. Daniel did the right thing and we got the matter settled
