I had a great experience working with Dr. Pilipis for an evaluation during my custody battle last year. She was understanding and kind. It’s not an easy process to go through a custody battle, so it was nice to be welcomed with kindness. I’m incredibly surprised to see how many bad reviews she has, but I also know there are probably angry parents that she may not have sided with in court that may be trying to get revenge. This “doctor” has caused us to have zero opportunities for future help for my daughter. by stating that our very much so ASD daughter was not on the spectrum. Apparently Pilipis does not know that females present traits of the spectrum much more differently than boys. So no my daughter would not be on the spectrum based on male traits which is what the doctor soley evaluated her on!!! THEY DON'T RETURN CALLS!!! THEY NEED GOOD CLEANING DONE THERE! R THEY EVEN STILL IN BUSINESS?? I finally reached the psychologist that I was seeing there and he won t talk to me!!! Wth!
There were so many things wrong with this clinic. Whenever I would bring my child in for their appointment with Dr. Pillipis it was always a 15min wait. She would have us sign in and then I would watch her sit down and begin/finish eating (these were never appointments right after or before lunch either!) and/or talk to the staff. It would be well past our appointment time (sometimes 20mins!!) before she would ask my child to come in.
