Bought a used ambulance. Had an excellent service and it was delivered as promised. Ambulance is perfect, just as described.
Ross Pilip set up an appointment with my office to come see a vehicle. We were given a time and date. Drove 4.5 hrs and arrived at the time he set up. Imagine our surprise when he tells us he took a deposit the night before. Be careful. Not trustworthy we had purchase order in hand refused to fix HIS mistake. Buyer beware

I can't say enough about the great service and help provided in purchasing just the right used ambulance for me to convert into an RV. I am 700 miles away and it felt like Pilip was next door. Quick response on phone calls and emails. All my questions answered. I chose Pilip because you know what you are getting. They do not misrepresent their product. What can I say more? They made what would have been a daunting task into a simple one.
I had a great experience buying our medic unit from Ross. He really understands the ambulance industry and got me a great deal on a used ambulance. Thanks Ross. I will be coming back for another one.
