truck drivers just don’t come here you going to wait all day doesn’t matter what kind of load do you have and you don’t have parking here Parking in the door is the worst. You’re going to destroy your truck up here just don’t come if you’re already have a load coming here just know you lost that day.
Disgusting place, rude people except for the guy in guard shack. The architect had no clue how to build a S&R facility. Won't be back. Drop yard also has potholes so large your truck will be damaged. Also God forbid you need a trailer moved because they have them so packed you can't crank the landing gear. Yard dogs would rather go home than help.. You'll regret coming don't think it'll be different for you.
Try to don’t come to this horrible place no parking after your check in they kick you out six hour after your appointment they will call you for the door
KiKi on Monday when I showed up she was very nice happy and we had a laugh together because I sang the Kiki song. I really don't remember if she asked me if I was dropping my trailer. I thought I told her regardless I don't remember any documentation showing that I dropped and I was going to drop 5538 Trailer Well jump forward I checked in. Monday morning my appointment time was 2030 that night so be it.
