Lived there for over a year and I would not recommend living at Pilgrim Village. There are other places in the area that are of better quality and cheaper rent. When I moved in, they did not inspect my apartment or clean/fix things. One of the toilets would leak every time I flushed, and the sink was severely clogged and would leak underneath when used.
