I would leave 0 stars if possible. These guys don't know how to treat clothing. They stick safety pins into clothing causing damage to the fabric even when I requested they don't do this in the specific instructions. I also requested laundry service of washable clothing, but they do dry cleaning service to charge more and don't even do a good job. Very disappointing for the most basic service of cleaning clothes.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Extremely disappointing experience wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I dropped off my dress the Monday after my wedding, after weeks of no communication the manager left me 2 conspicuous voicemails. We finally get on the phone and she says “hi how are you, oh sorry I’m sure you’ve been better.” (Mind you I still have no idea why’s been calling me.)
