They replaced my entire HVAC system with Trane equipment. Great installation - on time with the neat & professional installers. They also sealed a large duct air leak that other companies could never seem to fix. Haven't not used either system as yet other that the tech running the startup testing
Absolute best heating and cooling company I’ve dealt with - the entire team is so professional and nice to work with. Chris is amazing and explains everything and works with you, it’s easy for someone whose an expert to not make it understandable but he doesn’t do that - it’s so important to work with someone you trust. Timely, Professional, and reasonably priced!
We are very pleased with New Wave. Chris was very attentive to our questions and concerns, and customized a system for our home. Angelina was so helpful in submitting the paperwork to SJ Gas and scheduling the installation. The crew was punctual and very neat. The new AC is running great. We are very satisfied!
We called New Wave when our heat was not working. Tyler came out and assessed the situation. He was courteous, friendly & professional. He explained the issue and the best & most economical way to handle it for our needs. He arrived on time for both visits and we were very satisfied with our service.
