Great communication, on time and easy to work with.
The team over at New Wave are top notch, we had them do a full system replacement / upgrade and it could not have gone smoother. From adding new supply lines to our bedrooms to fixing the old beat up platform our AC condenser was sitting on, the team completed their work in a timely manner and left our house just as clean as it was when they arrived. Had a really great experience with these guys. The proposal process was straight-forward and frictionless. They walked me through the financing process, and the actual installation went very smoothly. Strongly recommend.
They replaced my entire HVAC system with Trane equipment. Great installation - on time with the neat & professional installers. They also sealed a large duct air leak that other companies could never seem to fix. Haven't not used either system as yet other that the tech running the startup testing
