Absolute best heating and cooling company I’ve dealt with - the entire team is so professional and nice to work with. We are very pleased with New Wave. Chris was very attentive to our questions and concerns, and customized a system for our home. Angelina was so helpful in submitting the paperwork to SJ Gas and scheduling the installation. The crew was punctual and very neat. The new AC is running great. We are very satisfied!
We called New Wave when our heat was not working. Tyler came out and assessed the situation. He was courteous, friendly & professional. He explained the issue and the best & most economical way to handle it for our needs. He arrived on time for both visits and we were very satisfied with our service.
