Pildes in Manhattan. Bdwy. My wife had to visit 3 times to get prescription corrected and even change the Optometrist. Now, 10 months later, the frame break on the rim. I bring it in and the girl says 100 dollars. I say no, not at this moment. But then I ask, isn't there a warranty. She mumbled yes for a year. But now the frame numbers aren't on record. Hey not MY fault. End result I have new frames at no cost. Why? Only because I was forced to push. Jesus. They've gladly CHARGED me and not said a word. NEVER again.
