Lived here for a year loved the area and I WOULDN'T recommend this place to anyone. It makes me so mad thinking about this because there is no communication. So we moved out on may 9, 2026 and was supposed to pay the prorated rent which we did i.e. $834 which was for rent, parking, water,sewer garbage. We left and yesterday july 9 we got a letter from collection not even from the apartment but from collection saying we didn't pay the closing amount that was $1352. we had no idea and no the apartment didn't sent us anything o... read more
Justin, thank you so very much for taking such good care of us.The door works awesome. Just wanna say you are on it. All the time, if we need something fixed.
Front staff lady was nice but the maintenance guy has a big ego & is very rude. Super strict rules around this place highly recommended you go ANYWHERE else for a place to stay. Wish I could give this less than 1 star it’s that bad. (Edit: They tell you to park in a “numbered” guest parking across the street but none of the spots have numbers visible on the ground.)
