I rented a scissor lift for the day from this particular location and and their dispatch messed up and didn’t relay the information when I called them that I was finished with my rental and that it was ready for pickup so they charged me for 4 weeks of use for the machine sitting at the job site. I called and spoke with the manager and he said that he took care of the mistake. I go to pay my bill online and it still saying that I’m being charged for 4 weeks of use.
