Andrea did a wonderful job examining my daughter today (22 months). She is very genuine and especially great with children! In my experience, I feel that a lot of primary care visits include a longer wait time than examination, and are in and out as quickly as possible. I recently moved for a wonderful job, which she help get because of a medical routine processing for the position. I got it. Thank you, Andrea! You are wonderful. She was incredibly responsive and HELPFUL!! 10/10!
Andrea made appointment scheduling so easy and efficient! Her EMR system allows simple input and demographic info to ease paperwork time in office, even mobile phones can update drivers license and insurance info with ease. She is super friendly and clearly cares about connecting with her patients. My kids also loved her toy and book options not to mention bandaid selection and post vaccine treats and prizes! Fabulous experience. I highly recommend Pilchuck Primary Care!
Dr. Freng is a fantastic physician! She listens very closely and takes the time to hear about any issues you may be having with your health. She makes herself readily available with an easy to maneuver site. I have no complaints here! Plus she's bilingual! (Speaks a bit of Spanish)
