Overall very good experience! Initially I made an appointment towards the end of their hours. Turns out there was some miscommunication as the person that was supposed to do my documents had to leave sick earlier in the day, and my appointment fell through the cracks. I called the listed phone number and they got someone out to me in 15-20 minutes. They even waived the fee for the inconvenience.
