Just like the others for couple of years now I have had Terrible experience with these guys after making a very regretful decision to manage my investment property Even after repeated requests they keep on making errors which costs landlords thousands of dollars and no one seems to care You have to send them atleast 3 emails before you get a response A usual task that should cost $100 to fix, they will send their own ‘preffered’ contracts and charge you $500 for it I have highlighted issues a number of times and they yet mak... read more
