This workout is largely based on the holistic principles of Pilates, but also emphasizes the strength training and cardio elements not inherent to Pilates to achieve muscle definition faster than traditional Pilates and/or weight training alone. All in as little as 40 minutes!

Very nice studio. All of the different instructors I've had are encouraging and instructive. Special shout outs to Mary and Mia. Mia leads a great class every Friday morning. She varies her routines so you are doing different things week in week out. Her encouragement has helped me keep up my spirits when I feel like I am struggling. When we do certain movements that she knows are a struggle due to a medical condition she checks-in to make sure I am doing okay. Mikayla H is incredible! My favorite teacher at this studio. She is thoughtful and does a great job vocalizing what muscle groups to engage during a specific exercise. She follows a classic Lagree slow four count and never rushes through the class. Her classes never disappoint!
PBPP is the best! All the coaches are amazing. The classes are quick but effective great way to get a workout in your day.
