Great neighborhood studio.I've been coming for a few years after my physical therapist recommend pilates classes to help combat my degenerative conditions of my knees, and found it to be a great strength building class for my entire body. They have classes starting at 5 on the weekdays throughout the day, so any time of day they usually have a class available. Book early though, they do fill up quick.
She was amazing!! Walked through machine for a first timer a d also demonstrated on machine while talking as talking amazing. She is a great instructor!!!!!!!
