RecommendedWonderful place! My mom and I worked out together on the Wunda Chairs. I love the versatility of springs and Pilates modifications so we can both get a good workout, though she is 88 and I am 63. And neither of us feel that old!! Sometimes she and my daughter do Pilates together also.
