All the trainers are great! It is being part of a community. The classes have variety. Love coming here
Love it!!! Authentic Pilates and great atmosphere! The exercises are taught with a focus on precision and progression.
Just started recently and am already signed up for membership. Instructor Alexis (and reception staff, Sam & Claire) have been wonderful to deal with: personable, highly polished professionals, excellent clarity. And the studio is bright, clean, and welcoming; what more could anyone ask?
