I took a virtual movement principles Pilates teacher training course with Ahme and she inspired me to continue my Pilates teacher training journey. You will not get this kind of information with this much clarity anywhere else. I’ve since taken a few more virtual classes with her and it only keeps getting better. She also has a great team Dayle and Amy. I look forward to continuing learning more of the Bovée way!
I visited this studio when I was in town traveling for a work trip and absolutely fell in love! The atmosphere is so welcoming, the instructors are knowledgeable, and it’s a place where EVERY body is celebrated! I loved it so much I started my Pilates training journey and have been back for two training weekends since, and plan to continue my education there too! Highly, highly recommend Bovee Pilates!
I had the most incredible (virtual) education experience at Bovee Pilates. Ahmee's training sessions were so thorough and thoughtful, and not once was I ever lost or feeling bored. Not only did I learn how to teach Pilates, but how to be an instructor that people want to keep going back to. I love Bovee Pilates! Such a great atmosphere at the studio and classes are always expertly taught! The teacher training at Bovee is also beautifully taught and a great experience. I highly recommend Bovee!
Intentional and thoughtful instructors. It truly feels like a family here. Highly recommend for beginners or experienced!!
