Bill is a knowledgable and patient teacher. I came to him with 61 years of bad habits and damage, in under a month I feel stronger, more flexible and that longtime wear and tear is getting better. I had no experience with Pilates before coming to Bill, unlike weight training it doesn't seem like you're "doing anything" and then as you're heading home your core is telling you those little springs on the Cadillac and Reformer are providing a solid workout. I am so glad I gave this a shot. I have been curious about reformer pilates for years and Bill was an excellent instructor. First off, one on one instruction is ideal to really understand the positions and muscle use, especially as a first-timer.
