Sophie is great at tailoring classes to suit your needs. We sometimes train as a family of 4 and she manages to supervise us all doing different exercises at differing levels of fitness. It’s wonderful to train in a small class. And we love her Border Collie assistant, Patches 🐾
We had the honour of having Sophie run a private Pilates session for a hens party, and it was so much fun. Sophie brought the good vibes and the right amount of challenging. Highly recommend her for your next event!!!
I began Pilates for the first time with Sophie 2 + years ago & can feel & see my changes physically. Recently I travelled abroad, my fitness level & strength is better now in my 50’s than my younger years. Pilates is such an enjoyable exercise- we use reformer beds, weights and wonderful stretches. If you are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable trainer look no further than Sophie in Mornington. Great hours to suit too.
I have been doing Pilates with Sophie for a few years and can’t say enough about what a wonderful trainer she is. Sophie will adapt exercises to what you can do if you have any issues, for me it is knees. Sophie makes the class fun and always has a beautiful smile on her face, works with you if you can’t make a class and tries to accommodate times if needed.
