We love our sessions with Sam! She is very patient and walks you through each exercise. It’s a great balance between stretching and strength training and she tailors the exercises to individual needs.
Best way to get fit! Since starting pilates with Samantha I’m so much stronger and flexible. I could barely do a roll-up when I began and now it’s so much easier. Sam does a whole body workout and especially for me my upper body is much stronger. I highly recommend this class!
The most wonderful class! Samantha is a terrific teacher. Each class is unique. Without these classes and the physical benefits of the stretching etc I would be in constant pain. They give me good health and make me feel cheerful! Thank you!
Samantha is an excellent instructor. Because of her, Pilates will be a part of my life forever!
