If you join Pilates Denver with a weak core and expect to develop severe pain in your neck. The interesting thing is that the pain has developed after every PRIVATE session and not even after a group one. That means, that although it is a one-on-one practice the instructors don't pay enough attention to the level of exercises they want you to follow nor to the way you perform them.
