I love having business with Pilars Cleaning Services - they leave my house like brand new - they are professional and their prices are reasonable.
I've been using them for about 6 months now and they are constantly late. The owner will barrage you with texts and then when you need an answer on when they are going to show up she goes silent. Would not recommend.
GO WHERE YOU ARE RESPECTED!! I decided not to go with them because my first call went very poorly. The lady who answered the phone yelled at me because the connection was not clear. They decided not to accept Groupon anymore, which is ok. But When I asked about how to handle the Groupon, I got rude responses and I was asked “what do you want? I already gave you my prices?”After I got the information on how to get the money back from Groupon and I wanted to schedule my cleaning, she hung up on me. I shrugged and saved my mone... read more
