Always been great!!
My husband and I found a property we were interested in renting, I had communicated with 2 people at Pikus about it and both my husband and I filled out our application, paid the fees, met and exceeded all the qualifications (credit score, income, etc) and then never heard back. We are relocating from out of state and we were told that one of the employees could do a video walk through, they never even tried to reach out to schedule that. HORRIBLE communication!!! Ive never worked with a property management company that doesn’t answer the phone. Or makes you feel like your business is an inconvenience to their time. Customer service matters and it doesn’t exist with this company
Cancelling a viewing for a rental property literally a day after because it’s somehow already off the market, but the earliest viewings weren’t for 2 weeks from now? Very illogical. Do better.
I have been working with Pikus Real Estate & Property for 9 years now. I am always impressed about the way they care about resolving their tenants issues while still keeping expenses down for their property owners. Great company!!
