Very unprofessional their "manager" at Laguna Bay, the place it is ok, this spanish lady Laura G is the worst image for a nice community which effort is provide a good living to his residents. My personal experience it's overall very bad just because this immature girl, treated me whit no a minimum respect, treat the staff as She pretends to be the Queen of a country and her ego and customer relationship, make you think and see the lock of management skills some young people are getting.
