We must be in a different building! Skye and everything around it has been amazing. Pikos has not only been an honorable developer (and they can be hard to find) but has done even more than promised. The team around him have communicated with posts, newsletters and updates all along the way to make it a seamless transition to ownership. We’re very grateful for such creative designers to have made our apartment a wonderful home.

Scandaleux! Incompetence, mauvais gout et mauvaise qualite pour les finitions, aucune communication, mensonges, ils livrent des appartements non finis avec des finitions honteuses. Heureusement que j ai pris un expert pour faire un etat des problemes avant le settlement. Ils doublent les charges et essayent de vous faire perdre votre acompte en exigeant le settlement sans aucune consultation de dates. Un vrai scandale. A eviter a tout prix

Very excited to have purchased an apartment at Skye by Pikos. The position on the Kangaroo Point cliffs with sweeping river and city views is incredible. The design, finishes and attention to detail throughout the building really stood out to me from the beginning. Pikos Group have clearly delivered a project of exceptional quality. The team have been professional, transparent and genuinely go above and beyond. A five-star experience so far I can’t wait to move in.

If I could give no stars I would. Supposed development La Storia on Lambert Street Kangaroo Point. Pikos are trying to sell the land as they know the project isn’t viable but won’t update buyers or give deposits back. Terrible business practises.
