I've been a patient here for about 5 years. Dr. Rao is really calm, kind, and gentle. I had an unexpected cavity and she fit me in the same appointment to get it done and not have to come back. I've also had a cleaning with Dr. Robin, who is also really nice and friendly. Alex at the front desk is also great- chill, kind, and welcoming. Stay far away from this place, they’ll give you untruthful and inaccurate information. This place has nothing but crooks working there. Today I had an Appointment they lied in my face today.. I was told a bogus story that didn’t sound right at all, So I called my insurance company for verification that they lied. This place is terrible. I will definitely be switching and I will not be back!! Not to mention, youll never see the same doctor they have like 100 doctors working here!! Smh
My Hygenist Yasaman is The Greatest,Cleans and Treats Teeth, Very Delicately,Professional ...Always kind & Courteous, Also Dr Sumanya..Does a Great Job as well, very nice....The office Staff Very Polite& Courteous...Always For me a positive ..Outlook, Would Highly Recommend !! I will never go here again Dr Patel was the worst Dr I have ever seen. She told me that I needed a root canal. I never had one ever before. I went to another dentist office and was told a have a baby cavity that can go away on its own with more flossing and mouthwash more. The office has not been updated in over 20 years. I had a weird growth on my tongue realize I just bit my tongue that it was just a little piece of my tongue hanging, and Dr. Patel suggested me to go have looked at because it could be cancer.
