Family run. Good old fashioned, friendly service. A great place to stay.

Infant changing tables needed in both Male and Female Bathrooms...very disappointing.
We Always stay at Pikes when we travel to Fairbanks! Love the People and the Service. The rooms are always clean!
We had burgers looking out at the Chena River and saw two Eagles - big, juicy, tasty burger!
Rooms and common areas were dated and in dire need of updating.
They were very unprofessional, rude and your towels smelled like mold! Never staying there ever again!
Breakfast was outstanding! Checked in after long flight at 11:30pm and desk clerk was rude. No extra bed we asked for when we booked it. They dropped off a bed at door and said figure out how to get it in the room. Bed didn't fit in room. They finally gave us an extra room and that was after we went down to desk and complained. We were very tired and had to get up early so we probably wouldn't go back.
