I stayed at the Lodge at the end of October and the beginning of November. The experience was everything that I hoped for and more. It was like going home but in a setting from back in time. Fairbanks is a place that every American should travel to at least once to experience what our country used to be. She personifies the American spirit. Pikes Lodge is the jewel in this setting.
