RecommendedMust change review to 5 star. Yesterday I was so freaking out cause my cat earlier had vomited a tiny hairball along with blood. When I called the clinic I was was told that a technician would call me bck before clinic closed. Didn't get a call untill today & Ms. Katie was so helpful & patient! Was kind enough to give me a few pointers until I can bring in my cat. Thank you Katie. PIKES PEAK VETERINARY... SO AWESOME.
Been going here for 25 years with cats and dogs. Always caring.
We have been coming to PPVC for years. They have always been great and we love knowing our dogs are well taken care of. Today every pet owners worst nightmare happened to our family. Frankie, our 5 month old Australian Cattle Dog, was hit by a car. We called ahead and the entire staff mobilized the second we hit the door. They whisked Frankie away and promptly placed us in a room. We were given regular updates, and Frankie had the best care possible. I needed to take the time to say thank you for the great care provided and the flexibility of this office when my naughty cat broke his leg! I had to change appointments due to work, my roommate was able to drop off, they allowed me to pay over the phone when I couldn't be there, pick up meds, check in calls, and more. Thank you for going above and beyond and providing the best care, he is walking, happy and healed perfectly!
