Cannot seam to fill prescriptions on time and charge double what other places charge. Cannot seem to be able to get appropriate paperwork to you in a timely manner to be submitted to insurance. Had to involve practice manager more than once for this issue. Some of their vets are very good but I saw a certain provider there who kept suggesting causes for my pets condition that would be literally impossible.
