Man at the front counter was playing games on his phone while talking to us and kept forgetting information we told him. Doctor only came into the room twice each time only for about 30 seconds. We tried asking questions but he would walk away while giving a quick answer so we couldn’t ask more questions. The nurses were kind and helpful but the doctor seemed not to care at all about the patient (my wife) and just wanted to get it over with and have us out of there. Would NEVER return to this location.

If I could give a zero, I would. I came into this ER yesterday afternoon because I couldn’t get over an upper respiratory infection after being sick for 5 days. I’m 61 years old and have a heart condition. They started with some test, a nose swab, chest ex-ray, and then nothing. I was told that a blood panel would be done. It never never was. I was told that my ex-ray was ok, and that I tested negative for 4 major infections (like Covid, RSV, flu, and ?). I was given a pill for cough and received no diagnosis. I was told to ... read more
I cannot say enough good things about the ER care I received at Peak Regional. I highly recommend them for the care and concern and ability to address my needs.
