I can't speak for the sales dept. but dealing with the BMW parts department made me want to choke someone. If I had a nickle for every time "Larry" told me he couldn't remember a conversation we had or a part I had asked for I'd have been able to buy another Beemer. I brought in a list of BMW OEM parts I needed, including the part numbers so they didn't even have to look them up. Everyone I talked to at Pikes Peak Motorsports was friendly and helpful, from the moment we walked in the door and were greeted by Mike, he treated us great, showing us around and not being too pushy at all with pushing higher expense bikes as we were looking at something more inexpensive. He definitely listened to what I wanted, and for a person very inexperienced with motorcycles he helped me make a decision I still feel great about, and then gave me his personal cell phone number so I could call him about any concerns. Really nice sales staff and facility. Were helpful and knowledgeable but were unable to come close to the other triumph dealer in town.

These guys are really cool and they have a lot of really nice bikes. I went there for the first time today and Mike Evenson greeted me at the door, showed me around the whole place and was just all around nice and easy to talk to. Quality bikes and quality people. They don't have much on the shelves as far as parts but they're not that kind of shop. If you're in the market for a new ride I would highly recomend them.
