Excellent communicator, does amazing work. I live in Texas and he got the issues in my home in Colorado home taken care of in very short notice. Never had a concern about managing the job, knew it was in good hands. Highly recommend Pikes Peak Mechanical.
BEWARE, Pikes Peak Mechanical is a very DISHONEST company! THEY’RE A RIP OFF! In October, I called them to replace furnace filter and their charge to come out was $95 which was reasonable, so I agreed. In December I called them again because there was a leak in a pipe. A technician came on a Saturday to replace the pipe and charged me $560! I was caught off guard. I felt like I was robbed. I was not given any quote before the work was done. Our furnace stopped working yesterday morning. Called Aaron and 2 hours later he was at our home diagnosing the problem. Cleaned our furnace and sensors. Problem solved. In and out in less than an hour. Polite, courteous, took shoes off when entering our home. Great service, great price. I highly recommend Pikes Peak Mechanical for your HVAC and pluming needs. Will be replacing my sister's AC unit in the near future.
Pikes Peak Mechanical is phenomenal !!!!! It's a Monday, it's a holiday, the temperatures are in the single digits and our furnace stops working. Could not have asked for better! Got my hot water heater replaced in record time. It was a difficult install but they got it done. I am beyond happy with their responsiveness and communication. I will not hesitate to call them for all my future needs!
