As a patient at Pikes Pike Internal Medicine, I have had a highly negative experience with the office manager CJ . I found her to be extremely uncompassionate and uncaring towards patients. During my last visit , I had some concerns about my MRI order that was scheduled wrong per UCHealth and I asked to speak to the doctor to correct this. However, CJ refused to let me see the doctor and told me that I would have to schedule another appointment and pay for it separately. (Your not my only patient she said) When I express... read more
Dr. Robertson is extremely easy to talk to. He made me feel feel relaxed during my appointment. He is knowledgeable and on time.. I like him. The office is neat and clean, the staff is courteous and friendly, ready to help.. A pleasant experience.
