I contacted Steve Blevins about a claim. He said an adjuster would contact me. No contact from the adjuster so I tried reaching out to Steve again. He screens his calls and claimed to be busy but never calls back. Tried again today and they just hang up on me.
I have used Steve, Andrea and the entire team there for over 23 years for my business and some personal insurance policies. They are all so great to work with and easy to get a hold of. Thanks everyone.
I love the customer service, and good old fashioned honesty from steve and staff!!! I Have multiple ( affordable) policies provided by them and appreciate how easy they make the process.
