They haven't even been here yet and I am annoyed. They were contracted through an Insurance adjuster. On Wednesday, I was told to expect them at 7 am today, Monday. We got up at 4 to shovel snow and make sure the drive is clean for them. 8:15, I called and they are on their way to Pueblo (We live in Divide) and saw absolutely no need to call us to let us know. I got about 25 different excuses why they are not here .. none made sense and none excused the lack of communication. I suppose, it can only get better from here ..
If I make time to be at home during the week so I can meet you estimator, the least you can do is provide a quote. 3 weeks later and nothing.
They were very helpful. They have great prices and they did a great job. Would definitely recommend.
my floor insulation was supposed to be done in 6 hours. took 2 6 hour days. i was supposed to be upgraded to R26. they added R 13 to existing old insulation. price wasn’t adjusted for less product. crew said that i didn’t need the plastic vapor barrier tried to persuade me to do with out it. i did tell them to install it. last thing the crew said is we are changing our name. probably because of a bad reputation. poor craftsmanship, not easy to contact supervisor. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!
