Do not buy here!! Be careful, as this is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. 5 months after paying for my 23 roadglide. Still no title. Been lied to by everyone I have talked to at the store, from staff, managers, owners etc. Hung up on me, said they are going to lawyer up! For what? Cause you’re unprofessional, and a joke??? Take your money somewhere else, be the smartest decision you ever made.
Spoke with Chris Payton during my visit. Very knowledgeable and great attitude. Guy was very pationate and informative. I had just got off work and didn't look the best, but he didnt judge and showed me a few bikes I liked. Will definitely be back.
We came to Co Springs for a few days. Stopped in to just look around. Met and had a good conversation with the owner, a very nice guy. The place was very clean and well laid out.
I purchased a couple of bikes from these folks. I've always had attentive sales people. Even the owner & his family are nice as can be! They will sit down and chat, talk about whatever, and not use it to try and hard sell you on something. But they do have an impressive line of bikes. I had a ton of customizing done on my previous Chief Darkhorse. It was so daggum loud and sick! BTW, Chris Payton is a class act. That dude communicates well and seems to be running around that place taking care of business. What a dude!
