Terrible communication and service. I was told the my bike was running better and the misfire issue was resolved. As soon as I paid and took the bike off the lot, it was misfiring worse. I had to call in anytime I wanted an update or any explanation on what was going on. I was told it would take 2 or 3 days. I let an additional week go by before I called in again and they couldn't tell me what was going on. Said they would call me back but I had to call back 3 hours later to say I'll just take my bike back.
Sales department was very friendly and helpful. Service department was kind and helpful. They ran into some issues with my bike, but still had it done in one day. I will definitely return for my parts and service. Great people
Shout out to AJ and the staff at PPHD. I didn't buy a bike here, but he came out and solved some user error issues I was having with my Softail. Great customer service and will shop here again. PS can't wait for another bike night!
