My initial encounter with the main receptionist with blonde hair and big glasses was uncomfortable as I was spoken to in a disrespectful tone for not having my insurance immediately ready. After my new patient visit I am just handed a business card for another provider who doesn't even accept my insurance. I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr Wilhelm for my many ENT problems. The office staff was kind professional, and accommodating. Dr Wilhelm is a competent surgeon and ENT specialist who I feel completely comfortable entrusting my health to. I had the best experience at Pikes Peak ENT and highly recommend them.
Amazing! I do high risk sports / hobbies and I've had two septoplasties (including turbinate reduction and cadaver cartilage) done by Dr Arnholdt - and I'll be back if I ever need a third (hopefully not haha)! The surgeries were life-changing improvements. Dr Arnholdt was super friendly, knowledgeable, and did not rush me through any appointments. Took time to answer all my questions. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Todd and the staff! He did a wonderful job of repairing a hole in my ear drum and allowing me to hear again. I am so happy with the results. He is kind and thoughtful at follow up appointments. So very glad I went to him for the care of my ears.
Thankful we found Dr. Wilhelm! He was patient to listen to my concerns about my daughter's tonsils. We had an extremely successful tonsillectomy and excellent recovery. Highly recommend Pikes Peak ENT!
