I had my nose surgery last December, which included correcting a deviated septum. Before surgery, Aetna sent a notice stating it wasn't approved. When I brought this up to the front desk at PP ENT, they told me they had corrected the submitted codes and all was good. Eight months later I received a bill for $2260 from the Audubon ASC where I had the surgery because Aetna wouldn't cover it.
