Worst patient care EVER! As a healthcare provider, I wouldn't send my dog here. No communication at all. Waited 4 months to get in, then they sent me to the wrong location and I was told I'd have to reschedule. Waited two more weeks, sent me to the wrong location AGAIN, so I rushed across town to the other location, was 2 min late and they told me that she wouldn't see me because I'd make her late for her next appt. The receptionist told me "there's nothing I can do I'm just the bearer of bad news" and totally brushed me off... read more
