RecommendedThis road is amazing. I have lived here my entire life and been up this road in just about every vehicle emaginable. Best way to go up is on a motorcycle.
I find it EXTREMELY hard to believe that you will no longer honor a disabled Veteran's National Park Pass in lieu of the admission price to go up to the top in this NATIONAL PARK. Talk about a bunch of money-grubbing thieves!!!

I went there when i was about 10 years old and i will never forget how it was the first time i saw snow in the summer. I was a kid and a long ways home from Texas. The man that the mountain was named after are equally amazing. God bless America����
We were turned around at 12,000 feet. Snowplow couldn’t keep road clear effectively. We wasted $30 on a toll because they failed to tell us road was closed. The experience was a complete DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!! Cog rail was closed for the 2018 season. I HATED Pikes Peak. I pray for it to become an ACTIVE VOLCANO!!!!!!!
