EXCELLENT customer service AND my vehicle was detailed!
My wife, Judy, and I cannot say enough about the excellent service we received at Pike's twice this year. They kept us informed on the progress of the repairs every step of the way. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Our car was returned to us better than new and freshly washed, waxed and vacuumed. You will not find a better place for auto body repair.
Omg, I wouldn't recommend no one else. My accident was a hit and run. From day one they turned my tears into smiles. They treated me like I was important. They kept in touch everyday. And even when there was more damage then the eye could see. They contracted my insurance and took care of everything. When I picked it up they had even washed it and cleaned the car inside and out. They just blew my mind away. They are so amazing. Thanks to everyone at Pikes , yall are the greatest.
Recently had my car @ Pike's Collision to have repaired after an accident. They were very professional and communicated with me every step of the way. I would receive a call from them; they also communicated via text messages providing me with updates along the way. Lanell and the rest of the front office were very friendly and cordial as was Mark with providing me info about my car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
First Class all the way. Incredible staff, Perfect work and great prices. I would not go anywhere else.
